Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

• Service: the Resylr app and website.
• User Content: listings, text, images, or other content you upload or submit.
• Marketplace: third-party platforms such as eBay or Mercari that integrate with the service.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Resylr.

3. Account registration and security

• Sign-in method: users sign in with a phone number and verification code.
• Security: you are responsible for maintaining your device security and notifying Resylr of unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Plans: Resylr offers subscription access with monthly and annual billing.
• Processing: payments and subscription billing may be handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, and RevenueCat, depending on where the purchase is made.
• Price changes: Resylr may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change means you accept the new pricing.

5. User responsibilities

• Listing accuracy: you are solely responsible for listing content, listing accuracy, and interactions with third-party marketplaces.
• Compliance: you must follow applicable laws and marketplace rules when using the service.

6. Intellectual property

• Ownership: all app and website design, content, and code remain Resylr property.
• Third-party marks: marketplace logos and trademarks remain owned by their respective companies and are used only for identification.

7. Refunds and credits

All purchases are final. Resylr does not offer refunds or credits except where required by law or the relevant app store policy.

8. Termination and suspension

• User deletion: you may delete your account at any time. Personal data removal follows the Privacy Policy.
• Suspension or ban: Resylr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unlawful activity.

9. Updates, liability, and indemnification

• Modifications: Resylr may update these terms with notice through email or in-app communication.
• No warranty: the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation of liability: to the fullest extent permitted by law, Resylr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Indemnification: you agree to hold Resylr harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.

10. Governing law and dispute resolution

• Jurisdiction: these terms are governed by Michigan law.
• Venue: disputes will be resolved exclusively in Michigan courts.
• Severability, force majeure, and assignment: if one term is invalid the rest remain effective, Resylr is not liable for events beyond its control, and assignment rights remain limited as described in the live terms.

Use of the Resylr software is also governed by the separate End User License Agreement.

11. Entire agreement and notices

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the EULA form the entire agreement between you and Resylr regarding the service.
