1. Information we collect

Resylr collects personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number when you sign up.

We may also collect marketplace authorization tokens for eBay and Poshmark, plus marketplace account identifiers such as usernames, user IDs, Depop email addresses, and shipping addresses from connected marketplaces.

Usage data includes app and website activity, features used, crash logs, performance metrics, and aggregated anonymous product analytics.

Payment details are not stored directly by Resylr. Purchases and subscription billing may be handled through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, and RevenueCat.

2. How we use your data

• Deliver and improve Resylr features across the app and website.
• Analyze performance and user trends through services such as Google Analytics and Firebase.
• Process marketplace listings and sync behavior using your connected marketplace credentials.
• Send transactional and marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time through links in those emails.

3. Third-party services

Resylr may share relevant data with Google for analytics and cloud storage, Firebase for crash reporting and performance monitoring, OpenAI for AI-driven listing assistance, Stripe and RevenueCat for payment and subscription management, and email providers for transactional or marketing messages.

OpenAI receives item details needed for AI listing recommendations, but not unrelated personal information.

4. Data retention and security

• Storage: Data is stored in secure Google Cloud databases.
• Retention: Personal data is retained until you delete your account. After a deletion request, we remove your information within 30 days. Aggregated anonymous data may remain longer.
• Security: Resylr uses industry-standard protections, including encryption in transit and at rest plus access controls.

5. Your rights and choices

• Consent and marketing opt-in: Creating an account means you accept this policy and may receive marketing communications until you unsubscribe.
• Access and correction: You can update personal information through your Resylr profile settings.
• Account deletion: You can delete your account through the app or website, and we will remove personal data within 30 days.
• Analytics controls: You can disable analytics tracking in product settings where supported.

6. Resylr Helper Chrome extension

This policy also applies to the Resylr Helper Chrome extension, which links supported marketplaces to Resylr and enables listing and order synchronization.

• Data collected: marketplace account identifiers, shipping addresses, listing and order data you choose to sync, and local session data such as cookies, local storage, or auth headers used on-device to verify your connection and perform listing actions.
• Purpose: to link marketplace accounts and sync listings and orders.
• Storage model: marketplace identifiers and shipping addresses may be stored in Firebase or Google Cloud. Session data stays on-device and is not stored on Resylr servers.
• User control: you can unlink marketplaces or remove the extension at any time. Removing the extension stops synchronization.

7. Compliance and policy updates

This Privacy Policy applies to all Resylr products, including the mobile app, website, and browser extensions.

Resylr intends this policy to align with Apple App Store, Google Play, GDPR, and CCPA expectations where applicable.

We may update the policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected through an updated last-modified date and continued use means you accept the revised version.
